The ZS Associates online assessment is conducted on the Mettle platform and is one of the most time-pressured tests in campus placements. With 59 questions in just 52 minutes across 6 sections, speed and accuracy under pressure are the primary evaluation criteria.

ZS hires for two roles simultaneously: Business Technology Solutions Associate (BTSA) for CSE/IT/ECE students and Decision Analytics Associate (DAA) for all branches. Both share a common online assessment, followed by role-specific additional tests.
