1.2. Logical Reasoning
Assesses analytical thinking. Topics include coding-decoding, blood relations, series completion, syllogisms, seating arrangements, puzzles, and direction sense.
1.3. Spoken English
Tests grammar knowledge including tenses, articles, prepositions, subject-verb agreement, sentence correction, and error identification. 20 questions in 20 minutes. This section is unique to LTIMindtree.
1.4. Computer Science MCQs
The most critical sections covering Programming (C, C++, Java, Python), Error Fix/Debugging, Output Prediction, OS, CN, DBMS, Web Development, OOP, Data Structures, and Algorithms. Performance here determines shortlisting for interviews.
2. Technical Interview (Panel Interview)
A one-on-one or panel interview (20-30 minutes). Covers Data Structures and Algorithms, DBMS and SQL queries, Operating Systems, OOP concepts, programming fundamentals, and resume-based project discussion. Interviewers test analytical thinking through pattern-based questions and output prediction. This round blends technical and personality evaluation.
2.1. Interview Panels
Technical Panel:
Evaluates core CS knowledge, DSA proficiency, DBMS understanding, OOP concepts, and coding skills.
HR Panel:
Assesses communication, personality, cultural fit, and career goals.
3. HR Interview

4. Final Selection / Offer
