About the Interviewee

Name: Priya Singh

Degree: B.Tech in Information Technology

Profile

Priya is a recent graduate with a strong focus on data analytics and machine learning. She has completed internships in reputable tech companies and has a portfolio that includes projects in Python and R.

Round 1: Online Test

The online test was a comprehensive evaluation that included quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and verbal ability. I found the logical reasoning section to be the most challenging but managed to navigate through it by focusing on my problem-solving skills.

Round 2: Communication Assessment

The Communication Assessment was divided into three parts: Reading and Grammar, Comprehension and Listening, and Speaking. I found the Reading and Grammar section to be straightforward, but the Comprehension and Listening part required keen attention to detail.

Overall, I felt that my strong communication skills helped me excel in this round.

Round 3: Technical Interview/HR

The final round was a mix of technical and HR questions. The technical panel asked me about my expertise in data analytics and also posed some coding challenges. The HR panel was more interested in my soft skills and cultural fit within the company.

They asked questions about my career aspirations, teamwork experiences, and how I handle stress.

About the Interviewee

Name: Rahul Verma

Degree: M.Tech in Computer Science

Profile

Rahul is an ambitious individual with a strong focus on software development and cybersecurity. He has participated in several coding competitions and has a keen interest in ethical hacking.

Round 1: Online Test

The online test was a blend of quantitative, logical, and verbal questions. The logical reasoning section was a breeze for me, probably because of my knack for solving puzzles.

However, the quantitative section required some quick thinking and calculations, which made it a bit challenging.

Round 2: Communication Assessment

The Communication Assessment was an interesting experience. While I was comfortable with the Reading and Grammar part, the Speaking section was a bit nerve-wracking. I had to speak on a given topic for a few minutes, and although I was confident in my speaking abilities, the time constraint made it a bit stressful.

Round 3: Technical Interview/HR

The Technical Interview was more focused on my practical skills rather than theoretical knowledge. They asked me to design a basic webpage layout on the spot, which was different but exciting.

The HR questions were geared towards understanding my freelance experience, work ethics, and how I manage client relationships.
