About the Interviewee

Name: Priya Verma

Degree: B.Tech in Computer Science

Profile

Priya is a recent graduate with a focus on machine learning. She has completed internships at two tech companies and has a strong foundation in Python.

Round 1: Online Assessment

I found the online assessment to be quite challenging, especially the technical MCQs. However, I was well-prepared for the quantitative and verbal reasoning sections, which I believe helped me move to the next round.

Round 2: Coding Challenge

The coding challenge was a rollercoaster of emotions for me. Initially, I felt confident as I breezed through the first round. However, the coding problems presented a mix of straightforward and complex challenges.

Level 1:
The English communication test was straightforward, but the coding challenge was a bit tricky. I had to debug my code a couple of times before getting it right.

Level 2:
The level 2 coding challenge was more complex, involving data structures. I struggled a bit but managed to solve it within the time limit.

Round 3: Technical Interview

The technical interview was intense. They asked me about my projects and some advanced machine learning algorithms. I was able to answer most questions but stumbled on a few. I was not selected for the next round, but the experience was a great learning opportunity.

About the Interviewee

Name: Arjun Patel

Degree: MCA (Master in Computer Applications)

Profile

Arjun has a Masters in Computer Applications and has specialized in web development. He has freelanced for several small businesses, building their websites.

Round 1: Online Assessment

The online assessment was a familiar territory for me, with questions that mirrored my rigorous practice sessions. While I navigated through most of the assessment with ease, a few tricky quantitative questions did challenge my problem-solving strategies.

Nevertheless, I managed to clear this round with a satisfactory performance.

Round 2: Coding Challenge

The coding challenge was a testament to my preparation, aligning closely with my web development expertise. The first level was a breeze, reinforcing my confidence.

Level 1:
The English communication test was straightforward, but the coding challenge, despite being in my wheelhouse, presented an unexpected hurdle. A particular problem took longer to debug than anticipated, testing my patience and adaptability under time constraints.

Level 2:
Advancing to the second level, I encountered a complex problem that pushed the boundaries of my preparation. It was a battle against time and logic, but with some effort, I managed to devise a solution that worked, nevertheless with less room for error than I was comfortable with.

Round 3: Technical Interview

The technical interview was an engaging dialogue that probed not only my professional experiences and project involvements but also my approach to overcoming technical obstacles. While I confidently addressed questions about my web development projects, a few in-depth inquiries into backend optimization strategies revealed gaps in my knowledge.

Despite these challenges, the interview concluded on a positive note, and I was elated to receive an offer a week later.
